Payment is due in full by August 25, 2023 and your reservation cannot be guaranteed if full payment is not received by this date. You may cancel for a full refund, minus cancellation fees ($50), until July 1, 2023. After July 1, your $200 deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be refunded. Cancellations after August 25, 2023, cannot be refunded.
Intimate Covenant reserves the right to decline your registration at any time without cause for a full refund. In the event that the Retreat cannot happen due to circumstances beyond our control (such as pandemic restrictions or natural disaster) a full refund will be issued minus reasonable processing fees.
COVID:
Intimate Covenant will comply with policies set forth by the venue (Houston CityPlace Marriott) and with government mandates regarding the use of face coverings, social distancing, vaccinations, or other COVID-mitigation tools. But, we decline to actively enforce these policies.
